Wire

- Bonnel Spring Wire: Used in mattress manufacturing, typically in 2.10, 2.20, and 2.38 mm sizes.
- Pocket Spring Wire: Specially manufactured wire for pocket springs, ranging from 1.2 mm to 2.2–2.3 mm.
- Industrial Wire: Ranges from 1.20 mm to 4.88 mm for special industrial requirements.
Bonnel Springs
The Bonnel spring unit is a type of spring structure used in mattresses and bed bases. It consists of a series of interconnected springs designed to provide optimal support and balanced weight distribution.
Our Bonnel springs are made from high-quality steel wire. Each spring is connected to adjacent springs using spiral wires, ensuring the stability and structural integrity of the unit.
Pocket Springs
This support system consists of individual springs encased in fabric sleeves, joined together. It provides personalized support, minimizes motion transfer, and enhances mattress ventilation and temperature regulation.
The technology used in the production of our pocket springs ensures perfect adaptability, allowing the mattress to distribute weight evenly. You can customize them with your own zones (3, 5, or 7), enabling uniform weight distribution and relieving pressure on key points.
Our product portfolio includes a wide range of pocket spring options, available in counts ranging from 650 to 2000. This flexibility allows our customers to select the count specification that best suits their preferences, ensuring a personalized experience and providing the perfect solution to meet unique needs.
Packaging
For Bonnel springs, we offer rolled packaging without rods to facilitate transport and delivery, or Flatpack for a compact, ready-to-assemble presentation. We are committed to providing maximum convenience for our customers, both in product quality and packaging.
Pocket springs are individually wrapped in paper before being carefully packaged, ensuring their integrity during transport. We offer palletized presentations for safe and efficient handling at all times. Additionally, you can opt to purchase in bulk, tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
